In this class, Cindy will teach you how to etch a leather coaster on your Curio. This is a great gift that can be personalized and will give you a good introduction to basic etching on leather. The class will include a leather overview, beginning etching and debossing on leather, and leather project notes. There will also be a demonstration of making and finishing a coaster designed in class. While this is not a hands-on class you will see the coaster creation process from start to finish and will receive written process notes and resources so you can make coasters at home.
You will discuss coloring, protecting your coasters, and also how to achieve a beautiful natural leather look.
